5:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Registration in the Lobby of at Hyatt Place in Highland Colony.  Visitor information, cue sheets, maps, and welcome gift provided.

Dine Around – sign up to dine with fellow cyclists at one of Ridgeland’s local eating establishments. Note: Keep receipts from dinner to use for the poker run on Friday!

Morning:

Breakfast provided by hotel

8:00 – 10:00 a.m. – Registration in the Lobby of the Hyatt Place at Highland Colony.  Visitor information, cue sheets, maps and welcome gift provided!

9:45 a.m. – Poker Run Rules Meeting in the Lobby of Hyatt Place

10:00 a.m. Poker Run starts! Winners receive $25, $50 and $100 Art Vouchers to the Ridgeland Fine Arts Festival.

Ridgeland Cheers and Gears Poker Run Route will be available for everyone coming in on Thursday or early Friday.

Friday Cheers and Gears 10 Mile Route
Friday Cheers and Gears 27 Mile Poker Run Route
Friday Cheers and Gears 45 Mile Poker Run Route

An unsupported group ride led by local cyclists for the poker run will start at 10:00 a.m.  However, individuals may ride at their leisure throughout the day after obtaining maps and cue sheets at registration. Cards must be returned to registration by 3:00 p.m.

Afternoon:

Noon – 4:00 p.m. – Registration in the Lobby of Hyatt Place at Highland Colony.  Visitor information, cue sheets, maps and welcome gift provided.

3:00 p.m. – Poker Run Cards must be returned to registration table at Hyatt Place

Evening:

4:30 – 6:00 p.m. – Cheers and Gears Social
Eurocurve at Renaissance Shopping Center

Music, food and drinks, and great fellowship await you at the Cheers and Gears Social. This event is exclusive to Cheers and Gears cyclists with the announcing of the Poker Run winners and an opportunity to mingle with your fellow riders.

7:00 p.m. Dinner on your own at one of Ridgeland’s  Award Winning restaurants!

7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Art, Wine, & Wheels Kick-Off Party with DOCTOR ZARR’S FUNK MONSTER BAND & the Renaissance Show Fountain

8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m: “Pedal to Pocahontas and the Petrified Forest”

All routes begin and end at the Hyatt Place hotel in Ridgeland and will be supported with fully stocked rest stops.

All wine and beer purchases at the festival benefit Alzheimer’s Mississippi, Inc.

Enjoy Ridgeland Fine Arts Festival  plus great music & shopping at Renaissance at Colony Park. Take advantage of our free concierge service! When you purchase anything at the Arts Festival, we will have it delivered directly to your hotel. No need to worry about carrying purchases to your hotel via your bike.

On Your Own “Hang Over at Bicycle Revolution” Ride

Join the fun at Bicycle Revolution on Sunday morning! Meet up at 9:30 for a guided, historical tour of Gluckstadt 15-mile ride that begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends back at the shop. After your ride, “Hang Over” before you head home (lunch and showers available). Bicycle Revolution is located at 113 Dees Drive Suite C, Madison, MS 39110.

Vicksburg National Military Park (Vicksburg, Mississippi)

Longleaf Trace – The Longleaf Trace Trail is a 40 mile paved trail from Prentiss, Ms to Hattiesburg, MS. This completely paved trail has a 15 foot width its entire length and includes an equestrian trail beside it for 22 miles. The trail is named after the Longleaf Pine Tree which inhabits the area.

Tanglefoot Trail – Houston, Mississippi to New Albany, Mississippi runs just over 44 miles.
